But for a quick summary try this: Message 12857354 The NYT article last weekend started the latest run up in COMS: nytimes.com And for your own DD, you ought to download and read the S-1/A from the PALM IPO site which has all the details (follow the S-1 link to for the 1/28/00 registration statement): 3com.com I've read a bunch of IPO registration statements, and the PALM S-1/A is probably the most complete one I've read, and leaves few Q's unanswered.
