Hi ED - yes, wasn't my question, but the answer would have been the same. Looks like 15 is the magic number - may need just one more strong quarterly FS before it starts to move sustainably higher. Hard to say what the response will be to more potential interest rate hikes over the next six months on the markets. Whatever happens, quality stocks will fair a lot better than the wanna-be dot com's in the tech sector. May see some shift from more speculative stocks into one's that are fundamentally stronger, aka SBAS. David.
