Gosh- maybe you could point us to some writing by people who think that defending common decency equates with zealotry(and do they define common decency? Because I think common decency is uncommonly rare myself- and I'm not sure I could easily define it. Unless it's just the polite gloss of civilization. terms terms terms- what DO they mean?) . How can we make anything of the equation when we haven't actually seen it yet?

And who on earth says we shouldn't condemn the Nazis? Aside from the Aryan brotherhood, et al. I'd be interested in reading about THAT too.

As you know, Neocon, I have company due this afternoon, so I can't give much time to this discussion. However, I did not have the impression that common decency was being equated with zealotry. I may have missed something, but I did not see this in the discussion.
