Richard;

I have owned KRT for a few years and watched the price get cut in half last year. In December a merger was announced between CV Reit and Kransco based on a 1-1 stock distribution. It looks as though CVI's stock took a hit simply based on the merger. Further it looks like CVI is more profitable and better managed although the book value is lower. The new company will be called Kramont. What do you think is the impact of this merger on the KRT stock? Do you think that I will lose even more money on this investment? So far I have lost plenty on this.
