David, we once had a hydroponic tomato operation in our community. It failed after being hit with some terrible fungi problems, stuff that didn't amount to much in the field but was a disaster in a closed environment. It was concluded that hydroponic is not a good idea if done in an agricultural environment, needs to be done in a climate where crops can not be grown naturally such as a desert to avoid picking up disease that can run amoke in a closed system. I am sure your operation is prepared to deal with such problems......
