Sunday February 27, 7:22 pm Eastern Time SKY PerfecTV to take over DirecTV (http://biz.yahoo.com/rf/000227/cj.html) Five companies each own 11.375 percent of SKY PerfecTV -- Sony Corp , Itochu Corp , Softbank Corp , News Corp Ltd (Australia:NCP.AX - news)and Fuji Television Network Inc.. ========================================================== Not much to do with IM but they do still own some SoftBank shares.
