Not everyone can or will. Most won't. That is simply too bad.

I don't think that's the case. In the US, most millionaires today are self-made. There are certainly some super-rich that inherited family money.

I don't think you can deny the impact the internet has had on wealth creation in this country. Granted wealth distribution may be skewed, but it is still taking place. This board exemplifies both phenomena: its creation and distribution.
