Haqi, I do not really understand your attacks on the Social Security system. Yes, there are inefficiencies, but do you really want to return to the old "system", under which many helpless people literally starved? As far as destroying individual initiative, I cannot credit this, as I look around and see unprecedented entrepreneurial energy. As I've mentioned before, so many people are working that we get alarms out of Washington about the potential inflationary impact of "full employment." This nation is producing wealth hand over fist, and is a leader in almost every field of academic, scientific and technological endeavor. If there has been a corrosion in the American spirit due to Social Security, I think we will have to send out an expedition to find it.

Listen, when I went in the Corps as a draftee we were scraping the bottom of the manpower barrel. (Sort of like today in the labor market as AG remarked in his Humphrey-Hawkins testimony). Among the men drafted with me was one guy who couldn't raise his arms above his shoulders like John McCain, and like him a veteran) and another guy who only had a six inch penis. How would you like to go into combat with one man who couldn't aim his rifle and another worried out of his mind about his dwarf penis at your side? I am sure that normally you are a perfect gentleman. It's just that right now IMO, you are not normal or even binomial.
