Thanks for all the info and links David. Actually, I've been in COMS since last year (early $20's). Back then, I thought COMS would get bought out, now I'm happy they didn't. In terms of the spin-off/IPO, I have only given it some thought recently. Actually, I'm pretty surprised we are going to get nearly 1.5 for 1 ratio. BTW, thanks for the recent revenue numbers. The numbers I had I cribbed from a WSJ article when the IPO was announced. See, I keep that information stored in my Palm V ;) Take care, Pat
