It should be noted that Scotia Discount online has the lowest rate for a trade under $2000 - Its only $20.00.

I once got 1.5 minute of better executions - always better on thye TSE. Lately it is about 5 minutes. all things considered thats not bad -0 Giving very serious thought to something Like Osprey is referring to
