Reassurances from NETP. NETP IR have been responding to private enquiries about the privacy issue. I have seen replies from NETP which made the following points:

1. Business at NETP is good and they remain comfortable with analysts' expectations.

2. The privacy violation claims against DCLK and ENGA do not apply to NETP because it does not own any client data.

3. NETP is not complacent about the current or future ramifications of potenial privacy legislation and its new General Counsel is focussed on it.
