JED- I remember all the trails and tribulations and so did CC, funny but I spent near 20 weeks in the desert since that Black Day; these are the Black Mountains of Arizona area near the Colorado River, best to all old friends, good luck TERRY, it ws a pleasure to talk to him a few months a back. In February and April 198., the Bureau of Mines conducted a mineral investigation af the Warm Springs Wilderness Study Area, Nohave County, Arizona, on 96,300 acres of land administered by the Bureau of Land Management. rhe mineral investigation was requested by the Bureau of Land Management and authorized by the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of

1976 (Public Law 94—579).
Resources of zeolite and perlite were Identified in the study area. An

identified subeconomic clinoptilolite—moderdenite zeolite deposit containing an indicated 1 million tons and an inferred 2 million tons occurs in the vicinity of McHeffy Butte. A perlite deposit In the Xcorner of the ...
