Tim, i agree with you on Gore being an opportunist and having no real personal values but values by the polls only. However, I don't know how in the world you could say that about George W. Bush. He has never abandoned his values even when he knows he isn't always saying what is most popular. He knows those who love big government will not like what he is saying. He is a straight talker and and fine man. I had a chance today to hear Bush and he was talking about including all our citizens in the opportunities America has to offer. Shortly after I heard excerpts from a Gore speech and he was railing about the Confederate flag. It was so interesting because it clearly showed the Republican value is to clear the way for maximum opportunity for all citizens and the democratic way to rule is to engender and build on divisiveness between races, classes, genders, etc.. They try to maintain their governance by divide and conquer.
