we do not have unlimited capacity of production, and such
efficiency


My personal knowledge of any century - 19th or 20th - has
ZERO relevance on the validity of rather absurd claim that
in order to rake in more the govt raises the Discount Rate.

Not to take the 100 years lightly. Your fundamental
rights (assuming you stem from this good USofA) were set
forth even before that. Adam Smith too predates 19th by 1.
(In case you didn't know, he wrote books on investments).
I am sure you'll want to argue with them all...
