ATM on Linux - (an ATM link to your desktop is coming soon)

If you are interested in implementing a 155 Mbs ATM network between your home office and garage.. , or perhaps through your set-top box to the outside world (powered by NN ATM switches..)

ATM for the Linux operating system (Open Source - i.e., free distribution) is currently available on the 2.3.x development version of Linux and will soon be available on the 2.4.x (production quality code) version.

ATM support for Linux is currently in pre-alpha stage. There is an experimental release, which supports raw ATM connections (PVCs and SVCs), IP over ATM, LAN emulation, MPOA, Arequipa, and some other goodies.
