chalu, if the man's physical problem was enough, which it is implied it was, to adversely affect his ability to serve in combat, nihil, as his direct superior, should have recommended that he either be given non-combat duties, or a medical discharge. The mental attitude of every member of a combat unit is vital to the success of nay mission that unit was detailed to do. My concern has been that nihil's problems superceded that of the men in his charge. ~H~
