They took a write-off on ASP assets to offset their gain on the Retconn sale.

bluejeans, Tax payments I am not sure. Balance sheet-wise SEMX still has about $7mm in debt and capitalized lease obligations to retire. Sale of ASP would eliminate that liability en toto...Also two conference calls ago SEMX mgt said that they were retiring these obligations at a pace of $200,000/month. Now with the Advanced Packaging acquisition, I'm not sure that that is still the same pace....
