well sh** I jusst realized now that my SW susbcription allows 300 stocks - It used to be 100 - I wondered why I was not getting that message - Now I dont have too boot any off for a while

outside I think you're allowed to make a certain amount of profit before they start taxing you on it Lola, that was under the (really) old rules, with a $250,000 lifetime exemption. For some years it has been that you simply include 75% of your capital gains as income, so it is subject to the same rules as your employment and other income. re. incorporating, this is a complicated area, and one that shouldn't be considered with serious consultation with a tax accountant (which I'm not - not trying to drum up business <g>) WUWT
