All wafer starts are now 0.18. These yet to be announced chips should be from the initial 0.18 K62 batches. I also do not think that AMD can do K62 550MHz at 0.25.

Yes I do expect to see K62 600 MHz early next quarter, shorty to be followed by K62+. K6-III is done, which is good, K6-III has been a major disaster.
