G'day all - hi Jack, that is not a trick statement :), but a matter of fact statement. The point is that you are worried that NT is getting into something she doesn't understand. However, the circumstantial evident suggests that she knows what she is getting, since NT has deployed CLFY product[s] within the NT organization for quite some time. One can argue that is not so, especially us outsiders are making conjectures and extrapolations. Irrespective of one's opinion, getting CLFY is more than Mr Roth woke up on the wrong side of the bed one day and wanted to spend 2.1B shareholder equity. Incidentally, from one I gather, CLFY will remain in place to run the organization as part of NT, so the once mentioned argument that NT did not have the expertise would also be applicable.

best, B
