Spent the last 4 hours watching CNBC and particularly an hour segment on entertainment industry stocks. The one consistent theme among the analysts was the importance of superior management. Superior management will create shareholder value one way or another. They have an understanding of change, fundamental trends and a way of thinking outside the box. They will make things happen.
