ROFLMAO! Let's see... I'll take 88% of the shareholder's money and put it in my pocket and spend 12% on exploration. Technically, the main business of this company is paying management. If the SEC says this is legitimate then we can say they are more lax than the Alberta and Vancouver Stock Exchanges ever were. I'll wait patiently on the sidelines and watch MYNG.
