<<As is with any business, it is not advisable to jump into something over your head. Why on Earth would they jump into large scale mining?>>

I didn't mean they should do it by themselves. But if the numbers are right and a feasibility study can be produced (which I doubt), the best way to go is a JV with large scale production in mind.

dgl, from what I can gather from the newspaper articles (and we know how accurate reporter's are, lol), and I caution I have not read the judge's actual ruling, I comprehend the following,

from what i can see all the judge said was terry was not irresponsible for issuing the release,,,,,,,,,

based on the figures presented by the experts,,,,,,,,,,,she did not rule on the validity of those figures, she just felt terry was not at fault for issuing the press release based on those figures, since he was relying on the reports of the geologists.

she did not say the "proven" reserves are valid,,,,,,,

she did not say the property is economical to mine,,,,,,

seems the trial was just about issuing the press release, and he was vindicated on that charge,,,,,,,,, which is good.

as to whether there is an economical mine or 6 million proven well I do not think the judge is stupid enough to say there is or conversely is not........... so the question's remain but GE longs are one step closer now that this is out of the way.

after all mining is not the judge's field of expertise.

It would be nice to see the actual transcript of the judge's decision rather then rely on the Rocky Mountain News.......

I am sure it will find it's way to the thread one day.

If the gold is there as the expert's agree it is, I would expect to see a huge jump in the price of GE stock.............
