Claude can discuss Cangalli all he wants. Claude knows nothing of this property, the Geos that have studied this property and the others that have sampled this property. He is an extremely conservative investor. That is it. The mounds of documentation and History of this property are enough for me. I'll take my chances. He prefers to wait. No problem with that. I suggest others that believe in the same mindset to wait as well. D
