Should be a slow day tomorrow, unless we find some Canadian ones to play with...and all us Canucks that are still up, are searching them out, right now. :-) Good morning Jim, You are like Yoda, oh wise one. Could swear I felt a chill last nite while doing some DD just at about the time you made that statement. I bet if I was sleeping, I would have risen and went to my computer. Looking for anyone's opinion on this little puzzle a friend owns. Has a neat trail. He had a co. called Corum that did a name change to El Nino Ventures ELN.V and a 12-1 RS last Oct. b/a .38/.48 last.44 Did a PP last year to pay off short term debt and claim a working capital of about $100,000 according to financials filed for Oct 31/99. Looks like they owe 2.5 mil, still learning that part so I could be wrong. Next filing Jan 31/00 Now have 1,666,667 authorized 1,070,317 issued 62,500 escrow Two insiders bought 114,238 Jan 24/00 Canaslaska Ventures CVV.V sold 151,500 last Oct. Searched CVV.V , a venture co., aquisitions, blah, blah, blah Halted Feb 18/00 pending news.ica-ecom.com These same to two insiders that bought ELN.V are directors here and had been selling. Hmm? Searched them, They also direct at PFN.V a mining & exploration. These guys actually have news.fin-info.com Checked again, of course all work out of the same office. All three are up about 40-70% with highs of 100 %+ in the last month. So far EL Nino hasn't laid claim to their empire. Gotta get one right out of three. Someone else traded 12,000 last week as opposed to 11,000 all of last month. Geez, the float can't be much more than that. I do ramble don't I? So just wondering if anyone has thoughts on what happens next other than the RCMP. Thanks Ron <{:o)
