The 1999 Rambus Annual Report has:

Semiconductor Technology License Agreement between Rambus and NEC Corp. dated July 4, 1991.

11 Supplement agreements with NEC over the years to Feb. 16, 1999.

NEC Corp. was the first to mass market Concurrent RDRAM in the Nintendo64 3D graphics video game system. Rambus anticipates that its potential to generate royalties in fiscal 2000 will be largely dependent on system sales by PC manufactures, Sony and to a decreasing degree Nintendo.
