<<<What is proteinomics?>>> I will defer that question to Mr. Buskey. He's offered some great links a few posts back that should help clear things up.

With regards to TCLN... a closer look reveals that it is not really a protein play IMO... and I have removed it from that watchlist. That does not mean it's not a great company with good prospects... perhaps it should be included in a Cancer Detection/Therapy basket? (I'm working on it.)

<<<Personal dilemma: whether to sell some and profit now, buy more , or do nothing and hold what I've got for long term.>>> My novice opinion: TCLN has a nice uptrend going... but it looks like a good short play for the immediate term. Maybe look for reentry near 5 1/2? On the other hand... it would not surpise me if TCLN (along with many other biotechs) kept running for slightly longer. I suggest keeping your ear to the ground monitoring the biotech buzz (or lack thereof)... I think some of these small issues could get really hammered once the sector settles down a bit. If your cost basis is rather cheap... consider a dose of ProfitOften.

Hope this helps...
