Anyone know if like in a US company, Canada requires listing a buyer who has achieved 5% stake in a company? I am trying to find out if ALA would be required to report whether they have accumulated >5% of NN shares from the open market?

James: If this is a fixed price contractual share swap, it would make better sense for ALA to have announced a share Buy back and propped the price up at Thursdays close. That way they would have save a 12% xtra dilution.

Since this was not done, it may be that it is a range
bound share swap within certain limits.
