Very good point. However, I think it is possible that there might still be some upward valuation in IDT once the market sees the "plan" materialise. I don't think it will go to the stratasphere but surely if NTOP is sold to AOL IDT should have a greater markcap than $1billion.

A little more whining..the absolute hysteria on yahoo seems to be a nice contrarian indicator..with details of the deal now out..I would think a lot of the option volatility would go caput!!...also a lot of the stocks volatility is shot too as she bases at about these levels for awhile. This assumes we do not sell off on the news..each stock idtc and ntop is declining today for a reason and I'm wondering if the street remains a bit incredulous...I continue to hold no position now, long or short and my guess is we are looking at dead money for awhile, unless a bidding war develops over ntop in which case we may bounce up a little bit more..all mho
