LBRT provides the architecture on which AOL/TV runs. Every subscriber AOL gets will benefit LBRT. This is another "put in the sock drawer and forget it" plays.

If PowerTV's first customer is Rogers, you may want to examine Terayon's development agreement to see if Rogers has done a similar deal involving warrants, or other pay-offs. I'm not saying this is wrong, but that it is a sure means of getting into a network.
