Thanks for the article. You may be right about the chimp interpretation for PALM.Although I believe PALM will have greater sway over the end user than Symbian because it controls the user interface and application framework.

I agree that Palm and Symbian merging would make a lot more powerful entity. But it may not be in the best interests of Symbian's joint venture partners - MOT, ERICY etc.
