Health is a different issue- and exercise. It's the one size should fit all perception that I hate seeing young girls buying into. ANd the way when a group of women get together they all fret about their bodies.

You sound so active to me---- doing things like cleaning out boats, and working in the yard. I was surprised that you classify yourself as sedentary.
I think that makes me deceased.
