I didn't say that at all, 144's usually scare people, all I said was in the case of LOCH, they don't necessarily mean the stock is going to go down - it's a good example.

Insider selling - it's not always a bad indicator.

Insider buying - is always a good indicator.

One more point - LOCH ran from $.10 to $5.95 even though it had those bad 144's lined up - look at how many there was the last 5 months!!! 144's you can't completely make a judgement from them alone - that's all.
