I don't get this stock either. How do you know institutional investors are interested? If you look, a family owns the whole company, pays themselves over a million each. The company has non-tangibles that it claims as assests, and their product -- they sell software for used car dealers (ok but lots of people write business software and laws between countries are complex). They have a gross of about 3M even including non-tangibles, and somehow claim to have 200 programers. Who is paying the programers. The float is small, but they have 8M shares of stock now at over $40 each (over $300M value for the company). This company has been in the red and there is no reason to think that will change. They don't allow short sells. The proper value of this stock is still probably more like $2 or $4 not $40.
