McCain wants to make it illegal for groups to advertise in the month prior to elections. McCain wants an incumbent protection act.

I agree that Bush doesn't make the argument well. That doesn't mitigate the damage McCain wants to do.

I want to know what McCain has done to use his position to enforce the current laws against the Clinton corruption. Why hasn't he blocked nominations? Demanded hearings? Summoned Reno?

I haven't seen anything other than his lending support to what can only be seen as their campaign of diversion, backing their anti-reform "reforms".

The real reform is enforcing the law. McCain's moves are all about ambition, knowing a willing media would advance him if he advanced their agenda. I never said he wasn't shrewd, however unprincipled.
