Neither does JDX trade in the US as does VEN. This will limit the exposure of JDX for a time but when the Americans start to see the upside in JDX there will be some rocken and rollen. Long and Loving it.

Number of shares outstanding sounds right. In their initial news release they claimed to have 75 million in hand and another 50 on the way; could be BS but not likely. As far as debt I understood that they do not have any, in fact when I first heard of them(And did not buy at $0.40) they were considered to be a cash rich shell.

I'm not really into VEN so these figures may be suspect.

I think JDX is undervalued, but the explosive rise of VEN illustrates what I've been posting here for months, it doesn't matter how good you are; only how big and dominate you are.

I cannot wait for management to run this thing up to $4-$5 and do a major financing. Mix some mega-bucks in with the strategic alliances and the demonstrated ability to snare deals such as MedSite and Elastic, THEN we will rock and roll.
