[PlayStation 2] is a DVD player , it will be net-able like WebTV...is GMSt involved?

Though Sony does have an agreement with Gemstar regarding its digital cable and satellite set-top boxes, I'm unaware of anything involving PlayStation. That doesn't mean it doesn't or won't exist.

I did load up on SONY because of PS2, It will come out in Japan in March and will be available in America toward June.
I think it will have a niche in the market and from what I have heard you can use it as a pc computer to connect to internet.
