No, I am not saying that Lamda Physik is not a competitor of Cymer's. In fact, I'd be interested to know how the market share between the two breaks down. Keep in mind also that the discussion between Bill Fleckenstein and myself was about comments made 2 1/2 years ago... The market for stepper eximer lasers was perhaps different then. But perhaps this discussion belongs on a different thread.

Not much of a competitor to date. This issue has been more than adequatly addressed on the cymi thread. Cymer currently holds better than 95% of the market. Go there for more info.
