It was my major for a couple of years, but I finally realized that I didn't have the discipline to complete engineering school. Living in California made seismology my particular favorite. My high school girlfriend went on to get her PhD in vulcanology from Johns Hopkis and lived and studied at the Hawaii Volcano National Park. I should give her a call and find out what she thinks about the Jellystone potential.
