Greenspan needs to realize that supply declines usually result in price increases as demand remains the same.
But, in our economy when demand increases as he says ; we just produce more and increase the supply, therefore no inflation, just more goods and services"supplied" to meet the demand , all with increased productivity.
When will he wake up ?
