Yikes, RG but I have to agree with the SEC they should go to jail. To spam a stock on boards, or prefabricate a false rumor or put out a news alert isn't right in my book. As you well know when I pick a stock it is because after my DD, I post and disclaim the fact I may currently have a position or may take a position in the aforementioned stock. One thing I never do is accept or receive anything from a company prior to or after my personal picks. BWTFDIK I am currently awaiting an appointment with an SEC attorney to get the full monte of my rights as an individual investor with a small but humble following regarding the net. members.xoom.com Regards, Elwyn P.S. Interesting reading more investors need to be aware of the hype, bashers, scams, P&D and just plain old BS. You know as I, most investors never take the time to call the companies they invest in or only due light DD but rely on boards and others to do it for them. Fortunately this board and others on SI have quality posters concerned with capital preservation and growth, based on facts and figures with solid DD.
