"That way we would be assurred of 4 years of blissful congressional gridlock and a President who would see to the business of leaving the citizenry alone!" Except for executive orders which are the one way around all of the democratic process. Additionally, its the agenda of the agency's that overstep the boundaries of goverment. Their agenda assures lifelong goverment jobs, pensions, and whatever else they think the populace needs. Not wants. Holier than thou, know more than you, and smarter than you is how it works.
