I agree that the delay is maddening, confusing and a source of concern.

When the halt occurred I spoke to INS and received little information from them other than that the deal when consummated would be good.

I was not upset by their lack of detail, rather I was impressed by the close manner in which they kept their confidences in contrast to a typical CDNX (formerly VSE) pumping operation. Perhaps I am wrong and their reticence is simply a reflection that there is nothing yet to pump. Time will tell. I have held INS since it was touted as the next ARP (Argentina Gold).

On the same day RRL was also halted at the request of the company and the halt was continued for more than one week. While RRL's IR attributed the delay in the resumption of trading to the need for Canaccord to get its paper in order (or something to that effect), perhaps the truth lies in an effort by the regulators to ensure that insider trading in advance of 'generally' available news does not occur.

As you may be aware, the Globe and Mail recently carried a series of articles regarding rising prices before public dissemination of favourable (unexpected) news which no doubt has at least resulted in the Ontario Securities Commission and the TSE tightening the hatch. Maybe the CDNX has the same agenda.

Regards,

Tony
