unctarheel, I think most people think the deal is around 37-40US,
what combined with arb. and possible ALA drop(with in my opinion already reflects NN/ALA merger).
Since jan 27 about 65 million shares of NN was exchange on NYSE and TSE.
65 out of 142(TM shares are not traded).
Most people are already loaded or keep they "old" shares and the rest of daily traders is not decided.
Once Q3 is out and ALA and NN CC's will spell out that merger is accreative to new ALA/NN company ALA will take off.
I think it will be more then 40US.
