Z.O: I was discussing ALA's take over of DIGI and its price
on the day of the proposal, day of announcement and 15 days thereafter. The price variation was a drop of + $26. DIGI shareholders who converted to ALA and held it in Sept lost that amount.

Look at NN and its last acquisition. The acquired Company never lost a cent. Thats how it should be.

Do you think Lawyers and Wall street treated ALA unfairly. I do not think so. I expect them to behave in like manner if the acquisition on a swap basis has no Contractual protection and the earnings of ALA do not meet expectations.
