As a news junkie, I'd appreciate more detail. What was he [TSC reporter] warned about, and then what did he ask? With the WSJ-Interactive edition available, how could WSJ be scooped by anyone?

Adam, online media were not invited to the conference; printed media were. The journalist from TSC went anyways hoping they would not comment. After he submitted a story to TSC and it got published, a rep from G.S. asked him to leave...after some time he did leave. It was not the content of the story which led to his eviction but the fact that he represented an online media site.

I used WSJ as an example of the printed media because it is one of the largest. The fact that WSJ has an online site does not change the fact that most of its revs and profits come from its printed paper. I am sure that at these events there have been complaints by the printed media re online media.

Hope that helps.
