<<144'S-MAYBE THE COMPANY KNOWS SOMETHING WE DO NOT KNOW>>

Last year I was long NYRR. I was in at 12 to 15 cents. Then a 144 came out with the Pres going to sell 1 1/5 mil shares.
I thot I saw new management coming in so I refrained from dumping it. A few days later I sold out at $1.50 when it surged to $1.65, then promptly fell back to 80 cents. In the meantime new management did come in, PR's occured, etc. I saw little wrong ith the 144's on LOCH as they had traded a lot of shares for debt and some were sure to pass it off. I did well on that one too. Bottom line, 144's aren't always bad.

Hi Lance,

"144'S-MAYBE THE COMPANY KNOWS SOMETHING WE DO NOT KNOW.."

That was my thought exactly this morning. Of course, evil guy that I am, I had a more Machiavellian interpretation.
