Does anyone think this is possible? The reason for lack of company progress news could be that they plan to move very quickly from OTC to Nasdaq. If you think about it, why not. NICA is a whole new company. Why comply with OTC rules when you are ready to meet Nasdaq requirements. Only thing holding back company is share price. Right now we are waiting on Financials, Symbol change, Election of New board members and Merger. Combine all these events in a small period of time? I think company is up too BIG things. Just would like to see NEWS this month. Any thoughts? Greg
