Ikar either sold them the URL or did not pay to keep the URL. Here is the link to the current owner of the URL:http://www.register.com/whois-results.cgi?domain=ikar.com Any relation to the previous IKAR? Who knows, lets see, this new IKAR resides at a PO BOX and of course there are no names of persons listed as contacts for the registry. If you follow the links in the registration the only name that shows up is a Michael Merlin. ecoms.com All I know is if these guys pop up bringing their company public using the IKAR shell (IMHO) I'm stayin' far far away. Sure looks like IKAR was just another big smoke screen too far away (out of the country) for anything to be verified so who really knows how much of it was real, if any of it was. Good Luck
