Twister - Good article. A coupla books that get at issues discussed in article: 'Innovator's Dilemma' - on why encumbants often get clobbered by discontinuous innovators from outa the blue & 'Blown to Bits' on the reshuffling of value chains separating info (bits) from physical elements.
